Due to unforseen circumstances, the NWA Media Spring Job Fair presented by WorkSource NTS that was scheduled for March 28 at the JQ Hammons Center has been cancelled.
Many northwest Arkansas companies that have previously participated in the Job Fair say the downturn in the economy has lead to a decrease in hiring new applicants.
The Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Fall Job Fair on Monday, October 31 at the John Q. Hammons Center in Rogers. The Fall Job Fair is a great opportunity for businesses to get a jump start on hiring for the holidays, as well as full-time employment opportunities.
