NWA Business Showcase & Taste of Northwest Arkansas

The sixth annual Business Showcase presented by Your Community PhoneBook and Embassy Suites on Aug. 14 is set to be the biggest and best ever hosted by the Chamber.

Doors to the showcase at the J.Q. Hammons Center in Rogers will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., where you will find new products and services you can use at home, at work and at play. With more than 100 business booths to visit, informative seminars and demonstrations and lots of give-aways and door prizes, you’ll have a great time while taking care of business.

The first 500 attendees will receive a free totebag to carry all the materials and information provided by exhibitors. A series of seminars for the public and businesses will provide useful information, and exhibitors will be demonstrating their products and services throughout the day.

Stop by the First Western Bank booth where they’ll be running the “Grab for Cash” game every hour, and send a message of support to U.S. troops at the Cox Communication booth. The Northwest Arkansas Naturals' will be holding "Trike Races" and mascot Strike will be on hand beginning at 5:00 pm to pose for photos and mingle with the crowd!

Entry to the Business Showcase is free with a business card, or $3 per person, and is open to the public.

And don’t miss the exciting Business After Hours, “Taste of Northwest Arkansas” from 5-8 p.m. Bring your business cards and a friend! Treat your taste buds to a delicious collection of culinary delights from Catering Concepts, Cold Stone Creamery, Crabby’s Seafood Bar & Grill, Cuisine’s Catering, Leslie’s Catering, Mimi’s Café, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Auntie Anne’s Pretzels/Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Texas Land & Cattle, The Tea Room at Vinson Square, Harp's Bakery & Deli, and Granite City Modern American Grill. Enjoy live jazz music from the Rogers Jazz Society. The "Taste of Northwest Arkansas" is an additional $5 per person, with the proceeds donated to the Rogers Community-Based Scholarship Program.
