We are a district council of the Urban Land Institute, a global organization which for more than 80 years has been dedicated to improving the quality of urban areas. We are the sum of our members, who themselves deliver the ULI mission through programs and events, and positively shape the future of real estate and land use disciplines throughout Northwest Arkansas. Our goal, simply put, is a built environment that better serves more people. ULI NWA includes real estate developers, builders, finance and equity professionals, architects, engineers, urban planners, elected officials, engaged citizens, and more.

  • 🌟 Congratulations to Jessica Hester for being selected for the class of WLI Prologis Leaders! 🌟 At ULI, we celebrate the impact of our ULI members, colleagues, and partners who have worked to advance gender equity in the commercial commercial real estate industry. Since 2014, our Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) and Prologis have proudly awarded achievement scholarships to female members at ULI's Spring Meeting, pairing them with a WLI mentor to navigate the Spring Meeting experience. The WLI Prologis Leaders Program recognizes their contributions to ULI and dedication to real estate and land use issues. Jessica Hester from Verdant Studio is one of ten outstanding ULI women who was recently recognized with the WLI Prologis Leader scholarship award. Each winner worked for a minimum of seven years in the real estate or land use industry and demonstrated leadership at her district council or on a national or global level. Over 100 applications were submitted for this award. Jessica is the CEO of Verdant Studio, her own architecture firm in Rogers, Arkansas, and the champion leader of the Women's Leadership Initiative chapter at ULI Northwest Arkansas.
