Event Description: Improving communication between employers and employees is the goal of a series of Conversational Spanish classes hosted by the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce.

Partnering with The Worlds Class, Conversational Spanish Level 1 for Beginners will be offered in a 10-week program on Tuesdays from 6-8 p.m. at the Chamber, 317 W. Walnut St.

Students will start using Spanish on the first day of class, Sept. 15. Basic communication skills including greetings, short dialogues, and more than 150 useful phrases and idioms will be taught, including more than 500 vocabulary words. The class size will be limited to 25, so vocabulary can be tailored to specific professions or interests.

Registration for the class is FREE, books and materials will be provided free of charge, and may be purchased at the end of the course if desired.
